Bar RefaeliIt’s official: Bar Refaeli is the hottest woman in the world, according to the Maxim 2012 Hot 100 List. The model beat out Olivia Munn, Mila Kunis, Katy Perry and Olivia Wilde, who rounded out the top five in that order.

Refaeli is not only beautiful, but modest. She told Maxim that she was “shocked that among all these beautiful ladies, I’m number one. Thank you so much for voting for me! I’m truly honored. This is a title I will never forget.” Last year, Refaeli was in the top 10.

Inspired by last month’s interview with children’s book author Maurice Sendak, Stephen Colbert is going to write his own tome targeted towards younger fans. “I am a Pole (And So Can You!)” will be released on May 8 by Grand Central Publishing; its title riffs on his best-selling first book, “I Am America (And So Can You!)”
