E! television personality Giuliana Rancic is set to get a double mastectomy next week. Rancic publicly acknowledged her breast cancer diagnosis several weeks ago, and said that her decision to have both breasts removed was a difficult one to make.

Although Rivers’ Halloween costume is a bit disturbing, I must tip my hat to the “Fashion Police” hosts — these are great costumes! Rancic makes an especially convincing Victoria Beckham.
