Jim Carrey & Louie Schwartzberg at the “Wings of Life” Hollywood Premiere

Narrated by Meryl Streep, and getting a theatrical run at the Chinese Theater in Hollywood ahead of its DVD/Blu-Ray release for Earth Day 2013, “Wings of Life” puts you in the flight path of the world’s most prominent pollinators.

With bees being treated as veritable celebrities these days (we must admit, we do love honey over here at Celebs.com), it’s only fitting that the little birds, insects and other creatures who do some of the planet’s hard yards get the close-up treatment from one of the industry’s best, Louie Schwartzberg. Gotta trust the guy with a last name meaning “Black Mountain” to bring you the frank insight into this sort of thing.

Schwartzberg has been providing images to the big leagues for decades (“Any Given Sunday,” “Stuart Little 2,” “Men in Black II,” “Erin Brockovich,” “Xanadu” ooh ooh) and has given a couple of TED talks that you can find HERE and HERE.
