An amazing cast has assembled for “Wanderlust,” no doubt in part because of the involvement of mega-producer Judd Apatow, Paul Ruddand Jennifer Aniston portray corporate couple George and Linda, whose situation forces them off the island and into the arms of a rural commune where they are trapped (and, no doubt, transformed).
Commune characters include Alan Alda, Aniston’s real-life b.f. Justin Theroux, 2012′s star to watch Malin Akerman, funny-lady Kathryn Hahn and ‘Six Feet Under’s’ Lauren Ambrose.

Finally there’s a film with Robert DeNiro that has heart at its core and looks like something where he HAD to invest himself in the film. “Being Flynn” stars DeNiro as a homeless con-man tracked down by his son (Paul Dano). We’re fans of Dano from L.I.E. days, from There Will Be Blood and, of course, Little Miss Sunshine, and have fingers crossed that this film delivers.
Being Flynn is slated for U.S. release on 2 March 2012.
Disney today released the official trailer for “John Carter” and it must be weird/exciting for Star Wars fans who must feel that there are resemblances here inspired by George Lucas’s epic brand. Well, that and the strange fact that the music in the trailer seems to have been used for every action film for the past 5 years.
The film stars Taylor Kitsch as John Carter, Lynn Collins as Dejah Thoris, Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston as Powell and The Wire’s Dominic West as Sab Than, and is being released just a few weeks from now on 9 March 2012.
