Seth Meyers will be taking over for Jimmy Fallon as host of “Late Night” in 2014 and he hopes his first guest will be his former “Saturday Night Live” costar, Amy Poehler. Meyers says his reasoning is that his friend is not likely to turn him down.
Robert Pattinson has a cover and editorial in the February 2012 issue of GQ Russia, and it’s clear that the “Twilight” heartthrob hasn’t lost his touch. Pattinson plays up his rugged features in an outdoor shoot, and while the English version of his interview hasn’t been posted, there’s plenty of Pattinson in the media to go around.
For example, Joe Anderson, who will appear in this fall’s final “Twilight” release, recounted a bizarre moment they shared in Canada to the Sioux City Journal. “A woman was standing outside the Sutton Place in Vancouver with a pair of scissors,” he explained. “She had flown from England to cut some of Robert Pattinson’s hair for a doll.”
Reese Witherspoon also had nice things to say about Pattinson, telling photos of Robert Pattinson in GQ Russia below.
Chloe Sevigny shows Interview magazine readers a different side of her in an editorial for its February 2012 issue. The androgynous photo shoot by Craig McDean channels Segivny’s upcoming role as a pre-op male-to-female transgender assassin in the British miniseries “Hit and Miss.”
Stylist Karl Templer mixes masculine and feminine fashion from Yves Saint Laurent, Calvin Klein, Maison Martin Margiela and Celine throughout, using makeup to play up Sevigny’s features even more.
Chloe Sevigny’s full interview hasn’t been posted online yet, but we do know that it’s with Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth. For now, enjoy the photos below.
Halle Berry can now add another title to her resume: shoe designer. She’s just signed a deal with Deichmann Shoes to design a collection called 5th Avenue by Halle Berry for the German retailer.
The U.K. collection will contain 40 limited-edition shoes for the Spring/Summer 2012 season, starting at £29.99. From the initial photos, it looks like the shoes will blend form and function for the everyday woman.
“Women have always loved shoes,” said Berry. “It’s like if your hair is not right and your shoes are not right, the woman is not right. If both of them are right, you’re pretty much okay.”

"Finding North's" Lori Silverbush, Tom Colicchio and Kristi Jacobson by Scott McDermott
Tom Colicchio (Chef/Restaurateur/Star of “Top Chef”) appears in and executive-produced the documentary film “Finding North” by co-directors Lori Silverbush and Kristi Jacobson. The team behind the film stopped by the Celebs.com Studio at Sundance the morning after their world premiere in Park City.
“Finding North” tackles the issue of food insecurity in the US, bringing awareness to the fact that, for 1 in 6 people in this country, putting a meal on the table is a challenge. That food should be a human right, a basic necessity, in a country as wealthy as the U.S. is a given, but the government needs to be reminded of their responsibilities.
