At one time the estate of baseball legend Casey Stengel, this 41,000+ square foot Glendale property with a tennis court, swimming pool, 420 square foot "summer house with fireplace," garage with adjoining maids room and bathroom, AND ORCHARD now belongs to "The Office" star Jenna Fischer.
Seems like working in "The Office" environment paid off, as the property was first listed back in June for a smidge over $2.4 million. Check out the pics.

A theater, pool, tennis court, guest house, 10 bedrooms, 10'ish bathrooms, views over the Coachella Valley and Joshua Tree National Park, library and 23 acres of 'space' seems like a lot to give up in this world, but that's exactly what Gucci heiress Patricia Gucci is doing - putting her 11,000 square foot mini-palace on the market for $9 million and moving to "the continent."
The 49-year-old is the granddaughter of (yes, it's his real name) Guccio Gucci, founder of the now ubiquitous house of fashion.
We bet she's got cool sunglasses.

Nerdist co-founder Chris Hardwick has found his Hollywood Hills haven, shelling out a shade over $2 million for 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over 4,200 square feet of sprawling space on a lot almost three times that size.
Stone walls, terraced gardens, and views all the way down to Long Beach make this place an original, and the house boasts all the trimmings of shabby chic - a clawfoot bath tub, steam shower, Viking appliances, reclaimed wood cabinetry and mosaic Italian tiles (including a mosaic tiled outdoor bath). Heck, there's even a log cabin to use as a media studio.
Chris, we approve. Nerd-up.

Rob Dyrdek, whose "Rob & Big" show introduced him to people who weren't already skate-knowledgeable, has offloaded his Hollywood Hills West house for $2.125 million, about 300k shy of what he paid for the place back in 2008. The house is built for entertaining, so we're thinking he got his money's worth over the past 4 years though.

Leonardo DiCaprio has listed a property that he's been renting out to like-moneyed Malibu lovers for the amazing amount of $150,000 a month (half that for longer term rentals). The ocean front property has a 4-bedroom main house, a 2-bedroom guest house and a third space loft with gym, office, another bedroom and media room.
So... got a cool 23 million clams? How much is it just for use of the fire pit for a few hours on a Saturday night?
Records show the 7BR/6.5BA property was bough a decade ago for about $6 million, so, even with remodeling costs the actor stands to make a pretty penny on the property. We're hopeful all profits are going to curb global warming.
