Occupying rare space by going for a sale price above listing, the phenomenon might be explained by a meteor shower in Russia, or by the fact that the 4BR/4BA mid-century modern property was once owned by popular prez Ronald Reagan! Country superstar Glen Campbell had his Malibu mansion customized a few years ago with travertine floors and African mahogany cabinetry, the place brimming with luxurious largesse including a dramatic theater room, billiard room, office, 8-person spa, outdoor dining area with full kitchen, ocean views, and proximity to Point Dume. The house has about 6,500 square feet of living space for just four bedrooms.
