In just a month, “Mad Men” fans will be glued to their television sets for the two-hour season six premiere of the 1960s-inspired show. AMC has just released a teaser of what is to expect in the coming episodes.
Unfortunately, there is no actual new footage in the 15-second teaser. Using promotional stills has visuals, the trailer hints that Don Draper (played by Jon Hamm) is back to his old, womanizing ways. The stills are in black and white and feature the entire cast at a black-tie affair, ending with a picture of Draper surrounded by his family, looking very displeased.
Many “Mad Men” fans are hoping season six centers around a romantic relationship between Draper and Peggy Olson (played by Elisabeth Moss), who left the Sterling Cooper Draper Price ad agency at the end of the fifth season.
“You’re invited to the affair of the year,” the teaser trailer reads.
Mad Men returns to AMC on April 7 with a two-hour season premiere. Check out the teaser trailer below!
