With “Crazy, Stupid, Love” now in theaters and grabbing higher box-office per-screen than “Harry Potter,” Emma Stone is on a comedic roll, transforming her star-making role in “Easy A” to co-starring with some of the biggest names on the planet.
With her Comic-Con appearance last week in support of “The Amazing Spider-Man” (in which she’s been cast as Gwen Stacey), next week marks the release of “The Help.”
Based on a best-selling novel, Stone takes top-billing on the 1960′s tale of a society girl who takes on race-relations in Mississippi by becoming a conduit through which black housekeepers can tell their stories.
