Vanessa Paradis is the face of H&M’s new collection called Conscious. The new line is sustainable and eco-friendly, using organic and recycled materials while also promoting a less wasteful lifestyle.
“I try my best to shop consciously, and vintage is very much part of my wardrobe,” the model turned actress said in a statement. “I love the style and it works in an eco-friendly way because I like to use and reuse old clothes.”
The Conscious collection is full of pieces perfect for spring’s bloom. It includes everything from floral pants to flowing dresses, with a bit of something for everyone, from the romantics to the sporty. The line will also include items for men, children and babies.
In addition to the new collection, H&M is hoping to promote sustainability by launching a garment exchange. Customers can bring in old clothes to participating H&M stores in exchange for a 15 percent voucher for each bag. Customers are allowed two bags per day.
H&M’s Conscious collection will be available in stores and online beginning March 25.
