While it’s easy to follow Tiger Woods‘ every move on the golf course through live blogging of his rounds of this week’s PGA, his moves off the course have been quieter of late, which is a good thing for the golfer (and a not so good thing for porn companies looking for new ideas).
His latest move comes in the form of off-loading his Corona del Mar condo for $2.2 million, dropping about $800k from the price he paid for the 3BR/3BA pad back in ’04. Then again, low numbers are a good thing in golf.
The listing shows the place opposite the beach has views of Santa Catalina island, a surround sound system, gourmet kitchen, high ceilings and a loft area, as well as balcony areas in approximately 2,000 square feet of living space.
