The Situation is making a situation out of his feud with Abercombie & Fitch. In August, we wrote about how Abercrombie & Fitch offered to pay the “Jersey Shore” star to stop wearing A&F clothes. Trouble is, the brand then released apparel emblazoned with signature Sitch phrases and derivatives thereof like “The Fitchuation” and “GTL… You Know the Deal.”
The Situation alleges that by releasing this apparel, A&F infringed on the trademarks he owns for GTL and the Situation. The lawsuit, which was filed in Florida, asks for $4,000,000 in damages, according to TMZ.
Think Sitch has this one in the bag, or is he barking up the wrong tree?
