Elle magazine managed to gather the fierce femmes fatales of the newly released film “Bachelorette,” for a feature spread in the mag’s September issue.
Fisher noted, “There’s a Peter Pan generation of women who haven’t had to grow up, who feel like the world owes them something. They’re rich and white and spoiled, and they expect everything while doing nothing. They’re the end of civilization, these women.”
Caplan chimed in, “It’s the part of your friends you don’t want to see. That should be the tagline.” She then continued, “Female friendships are deep and complex, and the lengthy ones are submerged in this dark history. If you’ve been friends for 10 years, you’ve done some terrible shit to each other.”
