“Dexter‘s” Michael C. Hall just offloaded his freakishly beautiful mid-century modern (4 bedroom, 5 bathroom) home in the Hollywood Hills for $1,937,500. Records show that Hall bought the place in ’08 for $1.75m.
The (originally Spanish) house was re-imagined (and lived in) by architect Hal Levitt, who turned the place into a mid-century modern wonderland. As you can see from the pics, it is truly beautiful. You can also tell Michael C. Hall, like his character, kept everything SUPER clean.
At about 3,525 sq.ft. of living space, with vaulted ceilings in the living room, Italian floors in the kitchen, a fire pit, a gorgeous pool with cool dining patio, a gym and views over the canyon, this place is a real slice of heaven.
