The two plaintiffs, who are both African-American, claim that they auditioned to star on “The Bachelor” and were singled out due to their race.
TMZ dug up some details on the case:
Christopher Johnson — an aspiring NFL player — claims when he arrived a producer asked him what he was doing there.
Johnson and the other plaintiff, Nathaniel Claybrooks, both say they were taken to the side of the room and left out of the normal audition process. Neither was called back, and they believe it’s because of their race.
Johnson and Claybrooks will file their class-action lawsuit on Wednesday morning in federal court. Do you think their case will stand?
