This week’s Celebs.com Spotlight features the Toronto International Film Festival, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and some great celebrity portraits!
Viggo Mortensen stopped by AFCI’s Beyond Cinema Studio presented by Celebs.com to talk to Elliot V. Kotek about the film. While we wait for the interview to finish its purgatory in the editing room, check out the photos by Scott McDermott.
Our friend Jason Guerrasio over at NextMovie.com has broken down the top celebrity fans for the Giants vs Patriots Super Bowl tomorrow!
Suggesting that these Patriots fans might be better looking than the 10 Giants supporters listed is no mean feat, especially knowing that Guerrasio lives in NY/NJ and thus must have tried his best to find the best to represent the tri-state area.
Check the article out here, but in the meantime, ask yourself who’d you rather find yourself with on the sidelines? Going big blue with Rooney Mara, Jon Bon Jovi, Viggo Mortensen, Tracy Morgan and Jason Biggs? Or downing brews with bean-towners like Mark Wahlberg, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Steven Tyler and Elizabeth Banks?
Being released this week on November 23, 2011, “A Dangerous Method” is based on the play “The Talking Cure” by Oscar-winning screenwriter Christopher Hampton.
The play and film hypothesize on the relationship between the fathers of modern psychotherapy, Carl Jung (portrayed by “X-Men: First Class” and “Shame” starMichael Fassbender) and Sigmund Freud (portrayed by “Lord of the Rings” and “History of Violence” starViggo Mortensen).
It is known that both shrinks treated a patient by the name of Sabine Spielrein (portrayed here by Keira Knightley), and David Cronenberg uses the actress in some fairly enlightening ways.
Thanks to Sony Pictures Classics for these longer-form video interviews offering behind the scenes information on the film.
