Nerdist co-founder Chris Hardwick has found his Hollywood Hills haven, shelling out a shade over $2 million for 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over 4,200 square feet of sprawling space on a lot almost three times that size.
Stone walls, terraced gardens, and views all the way down to Long Beach make this place an original, and the house boasts all the trimmings of shabby chic - a clawfoot bath tub, steam shower, Viking appliances, reclaimed wood cabinetry and mosaic Italian tiles (including a mosaic tiled outdoor bath).
