6.539 square feet of ranch-house perfection on close to four acres of land, Maroon 5 frontman and "The Voice" coach Adam Levine has added a sweet piece of Beverly Crest (Benedict Canyon) property to his portfolio. The place has panoramic views,  and while big enough and nice enough, might just be treated as some raw land for Levine to build his dream house on. Check out the pics.

JBL Tim McGraw Artist Series Headphones Have the Country Crooner’s Stamp of Approval

Tim McGrawTim McGraw is the latest musician to release a line of signature headphones. The JBL Tim McGraw Artist Series headphones were created as part of a collaboration between the country star and Harman International Industries, and include in-ear and on-ear styles.

“The main thing was getting the sound the way I liked it, going through prototypes and saying, ‘I like the bass a little sharper here, I like the midrange a certain way,’” he explained, admitting that he is a “Neanderthal when it comes to electronics.”

The over-the-ear headphones will cost $129.95, while the in-ear headphones will be under $50. McGraw said that an affordable price point was a must. Tim McGraw will be participating in the JBL “Hear the Truth” campaign alongside Paul McCartney and Maroon 5. He’s also prepping for a summer tour with Kenny Chesney.
