5. Nina Dobrev

Actress Nina Dobrev was red hot in a romantic Reem Acra dress with lace sleeves at The Perks of Being a Wallflower premiere in Hollywood on Monday. She paired her frock with black Rupert Sanderson heels, Anita Ko diamond stud earrings and a matching red Kotur clutch. Smoky eyes and a messy updo completed her look.

4. Emma Watson

Also at The Perks of Being a Wallflower premiere last Monday, actress Emma Watson showed off her feminine side in a stunning, nude Giorgio Armani gown with layered tiers. A pop of bright red lipstick and a sleek updo was all the actress needed to make this ensemble one of her best ones yet.

Kerry Washington couldn’t have looked more gorgeous at the 2012 PaleyFest: Fall TV Preview for her show Scandal in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. The actress wore a black and white, flower-embellished Christian Dior dress with a coordinating clutch (also by the designer) and Le Vian jewelry. Her hair and makeup were simply flawless.

Glee standout star Lea Michele was definitely a sight to behold in a sexy, black, body-hugging Versace gown with sheer, lace side panels at the season 4 premiere of her hit show in LA on Wednesday. She accessorized with Norman Silverman earrings, a Melinda Maria ring and also a ring by Sethi Couture. Va-va voom locks and a nude pout added the finishing touches to her red carpet style.

Pairing her frock with nude L.K. Bennett pumps and diamond drop earrings, we have to say, this look is one no doubt fit for a Duchess.

Nicole Kidman is elegant yet edgy all at once in a flirty Azzedine Alaia navy frock with lace-up Manolo Blahnik sandals and a Ladymatic timepiece at the private launch of OMEGA House in London last Saturday. She wears her hair in a half pinned back style and dons some major statement jewelry in her ears.

Looking beyond beautiful in a black and white lace Zuhair Murad dress with matching Christian Louboutin heels and a classic black clutch, actress Emmy Rossum wows at the Television Critics Association’s summer bash in Beverly Hills on Sunday. A side swept do, bright red pout and pretty Norman Silverman earrings top off her red carpet style.

Also at the Television Critics Association party, actress Lucy Liu brings sexy back in a black, cutout J. Mendel dress with coordinating Casadei pumps and a burgundy python clutch by Judith Leiber. She pulls her hair back in a sleek ponytail and adds just enough gloss to her lips.
