Looking like an old-school movie star, reality television personality and young fashion icon Olivia Palermo hit up Moscow for the first time for an exclusive cocktail party where Carrera y Carrera launched its latest "Musica" line of jewels.
Palermo has modeled for the label on previous occasions (check out this glamor gallery from late last year), but has never been paraded in this sort of setting before, with Russian models, actresses, stylists and designers invited to the reception.

Open to the public from April 13th - May 8th at the landmark Cartier Mansion on Fifth Avenue, Cartier has produced a special exhibition commemorating the designs of Cartier in the 70s and the dynamic city of NYC that served as inspiration.
Legends like Lou Reed, mixed with "Mirror Mirror's" Lily Collins, models Chanel Iman and designer Jason Wu, and Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles made a surprise appearance at the after party to support Roc Nation performer, Rita Ora.
