Jessica Simpson gave People the first official photos of baby Maxwell Drew Johnson, appearing with her baby on the latest cover of the tabloid mag.
Simpson admitted what every parent knows: everything changes once a child enters your life. “Life has completely changed,” she said. From how I sleep to what I think about, Maxwell has definitely taken over everything!”
Simpson also says that she and her fiance are absolutely smitten with the new addition to their family, saying, “We stare at her all the time. We can’t get enough.” Congratulations to the Johnson-Simpson family!
Jessica Simpson hinted at her desire to enter the maternity fashion market back in 2011, and this morning, the new mom launched her upcoming collection with Destination Maternity.
“I’m so excited to partner with Destination Maternity to design a collection of fashionable styles that make you look and feel great,” Simpson said. “You want to wear clothes that are flattering to your baby bump; you want to show off your bump.”
The 70s-inspired collection starts at $36 and tops out at $100. It’ll include maxi dresses, blazers, leggings and printed tops. Simpson hopes that the collection will be ready to hit stores by this fall.
