Those who follow “Project Runway” would have seen reality TV star-turned-fashionista Olivia Palermo take to the judging chair alongside Michael Kors, Heidi Klum and Nina Garcia as if she were born to give criticism/advice, her bold confidence suggested she could probably hold her own as a guest panelist on The Chelsea Handler Show.
While starring on “The Hills” spin-off, “The City,” Palermo interned with the PR department of uber-designer Diane von Furstenberg and began working with Elle magazine in various capacities. The show launched Palermo as a fashion expert and saw her sign with Wilhemina Models, and while she definitely caught our eye at New York and London fashion weeks, ranking in our top ten best dressed at both, Carrera y Carrera has taken Palermo’s fashion status to the next level, using the multi-hyphenate to launch their latest jewelry line, Mediterraneo.
