Last week, it was announced that college musical hit “Pitch Perfect” would be getting a sequel. However, Brittany Snow, who plays Chloe in the original, said she didn’t find out about the new project until she saw it on Twitter.
“I literally found out through Twitter,” she said. “I had my little secrets that people were telling me, but I didn’t really know until… somebody tweeted me that it was happening.”
The actress also seemed unsure about her participation in the upcoming film, but she says she’d certainly like to reprise her role.
“I hope I’m in it. Maybe people should rally together and get me in it!”
In the meantime, Snow stars in the new Lifetime movie, “Call Me Crazy,” which takes on mental illness. In the film, Snow’s character suffers from schizophrenia.
“It was the most rewarding and challenging experience I’ve had in many years,” she said of the role. “I did a lot of research and really wanted to make sure that I was portraying the illness in the right way. It’s a subject very near and dear to me, so it was a huge honor to play.”
