It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out why Sarah Ann Macklin has become one of the most sought-after models in the UK. The British beauty is featured in a photo editorial for the magazine’s October 2012 issue.
Macklin doesn’t pretend to have struggled to get where she is. As she explains, “I got spotted in a queue at a festival when I was 17. And suddenly I was in London, meeting all these agencies.” She then continued by saying, “I signed with Select [the modeling agency], and I got my first job that afternoon — it was amazing!”
The model also opened up about her relationship with David Gandy by explaining how they went from acquaintances to lovers. “We’d known each other for a few years, but at [the] Bafta party, we just clicked. We ended up playing six rounds of Jenga! It actually got quite competitive.”
