Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea Sells Malibu Marmol Radzner (Photo Gallery)

After buying a house on Sycamore Meadows Drive in 2002 that burned in the Malibu flames in 2007, Flea (Michael Balzary) built a 3BR/3BA ocean & mountain view Marmol Radzner-designed residence on the land with a free-form pool, concrete floors and more than 3,000 sq.ft. of living and work space.

Flea listed the house with an asking price of $4.795m in June, reduced the asking to $4m in August and has now sold for $3.15m. Presumably, to neither a flea nor a pepper.
