Film District hosted a surprisingly Ryan Gosling-free reception for “Drive” at Comic-Con. Signing personalized character posters for the film were “An Education” Oscar-nominee Carey Mulligan and “Hellboy’s” Ron Perlman.
Tom Hardy, who burst onto the scene in “Inception,” has the UFC/MMA film “Warrior” out soon, is currently filming Chris Nolan’s “The Dark Knight Rises,” and is in pre-production to portray Mad Max in “Mad Max: Fury Road,” also turned up to hang with “Drive” director Nicholas Winding Refn, with whom Hardy worked on “Bronson.”
