Technically, it's an areola slip, but we're more concerned with what's actually happening in this pic. Was Natasha asphyxiating on an errant macadamia nut, thus receiving the Heimlich from a helpful, beturtlenecked passerby? If so, we applaud her ability to toss a lock of hair sexily over one eye while plopping a hand on a hip in a sassy fashion in the midst of a dire medical emergency. Viva la Lyonne!
