Nicole Nixes Sapphic Scene

Nicole Kidman says that, before her career took off, she turned down a role in a Jane Campion movie because it required a lesbian scene, and she wanted to get into acting to swap spit with the opposite sex. How very Gene Simmons of her.

God, what a homophone! Er, homophobe! Nicole was personally selected by the award-winning director for a starring role in her student film. Coulda been her big break, but, as she told Glamour mag: "In high school I loved to act because you'd get to kiss the boys you had a crush on. Jane Campion came to my school and wanted to cast me in her student film, but she wanted me to wear a shower cap on my head and kiss another girl. I did not want to kiss another girl, so I told her I had my school exams and couldn't." And we all know how the rest of the story turned out. Nicole couldn't find another acting job to save her life, ended up destitute on the streets, giving $2 hand jobs at the bus station, and occasionally starring in a few softcore flicks for quick cash. Hahahaha, joke's on you, Nicole Kidman.
