Boasting 7 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, Michael Jackson’s final LA residence (from which he was taken to UCLA medical center in Westwood) is as close to a sweeping French-style chateau as they come.
Jackson was renting the estate with more than 17,000 square feet of living space for $100,000 a month when he died in 2009 and, although the value being sought for the property was in excess of $38 million at one point in time (prior to Jackson’s residency), the final sale price reported is $18.1 million. As you can see from the pics below, there’s a substantial guesthouse by the swimming pool, and the main house includes a huge kitchen, gym, elevator and private theater.
