Imagine being the kind of person who would make death threats to the ex-girlfriend of a celebrity. Imagine loving Bird on a Wire so much that you’d want to snuff out the life of someone who was physically, emotionally, and verbally abused by its star. What a maroon! But such a person exists, says TMZ:
TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva received threatening phone calls Tuesday that “scared her to death.”
Sources tell TMZ at least one of the calls “could be interpreted as a death threat.”
We’re told there were multiple calls and at least two appeared to be from the same caller. We’re told the callers were angry about her accusations against Mel Gibson.
In related news, Radar has released the fourth Mel tape (listen here), an extended part of the “blow me before the Jacuzzi” rant we heard earlier this week. No racist banter on this one, but plenty of threats, sputtering, panting, hatred, and even one wordless, inhuman, irate bellow. Trying desperately to find some sort of non-repulsive spin on this story, I just noticed how much Mel sounds like Mark Metcalf in the ’80s Twisted Sister videos. “What kind of a man desecrates a defenseless textbook? I’ve got a good mind to slap your fat face.” Oksana should have answered: “I wanna rock!”

This is suck a painful train wreck. But listening to these tapes I realized that Mel is sounding just like my 8 year-old niece when she is having a tantrum. It’s all about her. She doesn’t take a shred of criticism. And she will hyperventilate a little too. How old is this man? What happened to the mini-van driving, “it’s hell bein’ Mel” we saw palling it up with Homer in Hollywood? Instead, yet again, them South Park boys hit the nail on the head. And by nail, I mean the ones used to crucify.
