Maroon 5 and Kelly Clarkson are heading on the road together. The band and the singer announced earlier this week that they will be teaming up for the 2013 Honda Civic Tour, which begins in late summer and runs through the beginning of the fall season.

Maroon 5 has been given the title of this year’s headlining act, while Clarkson is being promoted as a “special guest.” Rozzi Crane, Tony Lucca and PJ Morton will also be joining the tour as opening acts.

2013 marks the 12th run of the Honda Civic Tour. Last year, Linkin Park and Incubus headlined.
