Marc Anthony recently splurged on an all-expenses-paid vacation retreat for his 14 staff members to show his gratitude for their hard work. The group headed to the Dominican Republic for five days and stayed in a La Romana resort on Anthony’s dime. TMZ reports that Anthony and his team also spent some time at the Ninos de Cristo orphanage while in town.
