Lindsay Lohan Partying Before Plea Deal

Lindsay Lohan is facing either taking a plea deal for probation violation that will probably involve jail time, or more jail time if the necklace hoo-ha goes to trial. She’s currently in New York with her family, spending some quality time and ruminating on her fate. Just kidding, she’s having secret rendezvouses with Samantha Ronson, gargling the tongues of random dudes, and club-hopping. If only she would sprinkle in some Riley Giles and Stamos Nachos, it would be like old times. Page Six says:

On Wednesday, Lohan hit the scene at The Lion before visiting two clubs where she was spotted kissing a mystery man. She even managed to fit in a secret rendezvous with former girlfriend Samantha Ronson at the Standard Hotel earlier that afternoon, although they were spotted leaving separately.

Lohan insisted she wasn’t drinking and carried a water bottle all night.

A source told us, “There was no way she was going to stay home with her mom. She had dinner, and then, bringing along her water bottle, went clubbing to SL. She seemed totally sober and upbeat… Her family is furious. She’s supposed to be spending time with them and deciding if she’ll take a plea deal. It’s almost as if she thinks she may as well have one last final fling.”

I’m with Stealo Lilo on this one. Why not have a final fling, especially if she is indeed sober? It’s not like staying at home and watching 27 Dresses with Dina is going to help the situation. Might as well eat expensive food, dance at exclusive clubs, and have lesbian sex while she can, because those options aren’t available in jail. Except the last one.
