LeAnn Rimes made a little girl’s day when she used her star power to help she and her family head to Disneyland in California to meet Mickey Mouse. The 6-year-old has septo-optic dysplasia, according to Starpulse, and was told in late December that she’ll lose her vision.
After seeing the fundraising page the girl’s parents set up for the trip, Rimes stepped in via Twitter. She wrote, “Throwing this out there to see if we might be able to help this sweet child and her family. American Air, wanna help? I’ve got Disney covered and I’ll go hang with the little girl and her family!”
Following up later, LeAnn Rimes wrote, “And we did it. Can’t wait.” What do you think of Rimes’ thoughtful deed?
