We already knew that the FBI was involved in investigating the hackers who stole private pics from Scarlett Johansson. But her powerhouse lawyer, Marty Singer, is already taking steps to insure that the hot shots get wiped off the internet.
Singer is busy firing letters off to every site that dares host and post the pics. The letter, TMZ reports, states that “The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless.”
Singer then demands that the photos be taken down and says, “If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly.”
