Lady Gaga is at her best when she’s doing something bizarre, and this gender-bending editorial for the January 2012 issue of L’Uomo Vogue is no exception. Fashion photographers Inez and Vinoodh captured Lady Gaga in oversized menswear, biomechanic accessories — including a freaky chin-and-neck brace — and partially shorn locks.
Despite the overwhelming masculinity of Lady Gaga’s core fashion in the editorial, a few feminine pieces remain, including a black netted veil, an avant-garde leaf-shaped hat and round oversized sunglasses.
Although L’Uomo Vogue is a men’s fashion magazine, we’ve come to expect cross-dressing and gender ambiguity from Lady Gaga. Check out more photos from the January 2012 editorial below.

Lady Gaga comes across as a bit freaky and weird but I saw her in a long TV interview and she was amazing, very intelligent!
Agree! People draw conclusions on Lady Gaga based off what they see in a handful of 3 minute music videos, but she is remarkable and it is clear she has a real, not FAKE, connection with her fans.

GAGA is just gross
I’ve never really got the Gaga craze. So she has some catchy songs, so what? I think her style is too eccentric. It screams out “people look at me!!!” So I think its a cry for attention with her freakish outfits.
