The last installment of the Twilight series movies has wrapped and reshoots are currently taking place. For those who don’t know (spoiler alert), in the final chapter, Bella and Edward get married and honeymoon on a private island where they have violent monster-human sex, then Bella gets pregnant with a half vampire baby that is born when the vampires chew up Bella’s stomach. No. Really. In the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, star Kristen Stewart talks about both infamous scenes and how she wishes they were even grosser:
“It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex,” she says. “The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”
I wish she was being literal with the “really hits you in the face”. Like 3-D vampire-human placenta squirting at you. Suck on that, Avatar!

I wonder if the SFX will push this to R… not that I care but FAR TOO MANY films have been euthanized or lobotimized to achieve that PG-13 movie rating…
I say FUCK THE HAYES ORIFICE!!! let fly… I see 9 year old kids in a R rated film with their parents every time I go to the theater!!!
And they will do what every other pg-13 movie does: get all nice for the theaters, then do the dirty on dvd.
