Kiefer Sutherland Set to ‘Touch’ Down on FOX

Posted by & filed under The Daily Dose (Entertainment News).

FOX hasn’t been the same since 24 ended. It’s been so cold. So alone. So… so Kieferless.

Fear not, Jack Bauer fans; the Kief is coming back! Fox has officially purchased a full 13-episode series called Touch that will begin its run on the network in spring.

Kiefer Sutherland will star as a single father who is able to communicate with his mute son via numbers. Fox president Kevin Reilly says:

“With Kiefer back on the network as the face and force behind this creative new series, I’m confident it will resonate with viewers this spring. Touch is another ambitious series from Tim Kring that is beautifully executed and has incredibly resonant themes for our times.”

Tim Kring is, of course, the creator of Heroes, so you know the series is in good hands. And with Danny Glover as a costar, there’s no way this won’t be a hit.
