Katharine McPhee is absolutely dazzling on the March 2012 cover of Self magazine, and the “Smash” actress revealed the secrets to her trim physique in the accompanying interview.
McPhee has five-hour dance rehearsals on most days, and when her schedule allows, she works out for an hour with Oscar Smith. “I love my body when I’m in the best shape I can be in,” she told the mag. “It feels good to be strong.”
