Justin Bieber was rushed to the hospital last night after he appeared to collapse on stage during his concert in London. The singer took a 10-minute break from performing but returned to complete the show, despite being urged not to by doctors. After the concert, he was taken to the hospital. However, Bieber still plans to perform at his concert tonight.
“Good morning everyone. As things stand Justin Bieber is still set to perform the final night of this shows at The O2 this evening,” the venue wrote on their Twitter page.
Before his performance on Thursday, reports say Bieber was experience shortness of breath. When he decided to take a break during the show, he was actually administered oxygen backstage. He was advised by a doctor to cancel the reminder of the show to rest, but Bieber seems to be a firm believer in ‘the show must go on’ and returned to complete the concert.
Later, Bieber posted a photo of himself lying in a hospital bed at The London Center, saying he was “getting better.”
The incident tops off an already bad week for Beiber, who claims to have had the “worst birthday” on his 19th birthday celebrations, and was booed in London when his concert began late.
