If you’ve seen Zoolander (and if you haven’t, go soak your head because I hate you), you’re familiar with Mugatu, the dictatorial fashion designer who created Derelicte (my balls), couture hobo fashion. People in the fashion industry have long speculated that Mugatu was based on Dior designer John Galliano, but while Mugatu did want to assassinate the president of Malaysia, he was probably OK with Jews. Not so with Galliano, who was accused last week of accosting a couple at a French restaurant and hurling anti-Semitic statements at them. He was subsequently dropped from his position at Dior and then threatened to sue his accusers for defamation, but a new video at The Sun depicts him in action. “I love Hitler,” he tells some diners next to him at the same restaurant. “People like you would be dead today. Your mothers, your forefathers, would all be fucking gassed fucking dead.” One of the diners asks where he’s from, and he says, “Your asshole.” Well, thanks for totally setting the Assholian rights movement back fifty years. Our brave fore-anuses are spinning in their graves.

the irony is that he would have been killed long before the jews even though it is now commonly
accepted amongst historians that the beginnings of the nazi party was rampant with homosexual activity.
Fun fact: Galliano’s mother is Spanish and his father is from Gibraltar. I’m not sure that Hilter’s views on Gibraltarians was ever published.
