Jennifer Hudson fights back against Joy Behar‘s claims that she is now a size zero in the December/January issue of Ebony magazine. Behar revealed on “The View” in August that after she overheard an employee at a boutique tell Hudson that she was a size zero, she asked Hudson how it felt to be that size. Behar said that Hudson replied, “I feel like they’re talking to someone else.” The whole incident caused a huge backlash from the singer’s fans, who had previously supported her weight loss.
Trouble is, Hudson denies having that conversation.
“I’m going to finally address that size-zero thing that Joy said on ‘The View.’ Hell, I wasn’t even on the show. I never said I was a size zero,” she said. “I got crucified by I don’t know how many people who cussed me out because they said I’m putting out the wrong message and telling people to be a size zero. I got called every name under the sun and was told, ‘You should be ashamed of yourself for talking about being that size.’ Well, honey, when I do say I’m that size, then give me that speech. I never said that.”
In her Ebony magazine interview, Hudson also revealed that over 75 of her family members have also succeeded in losing weight on the Weight Watchers plan. She’s lost over 80 pounds in two years.
