When speaking about a monologue Olivia Wilde performed last year about her divorce and sex life, Aniston told Sudeikis that it was an “injustice” that her speech was taken out of context.
“We’re living in a time where, whether it’s the Internet or tabloids, being sh-tty has become a sport,” she said. “We’re just grown-up bullies. We literally could not need to have our hearts more open than in these times.”
When it comes to her own life, the actress says she would have a lot of wise words for her younger self.
“Go to therapy. Clean up all of the sh-t. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise. Understand who you are. Educate yourself on the self.”
