Isla Fisher channels her glamorous side in a photo shoot and editorial for Gotham magazine.
Her career might be red hot right now but it wasn’t that long ago that the actress purposely stepped away from Hollywood. She explained, “I took three years off. I truly believe you can’t have it all and you shouldn’t want to.”
It’s nice to see that a film like the upcoming “The Great Gatsby,” in which Fisher plays Myrtle Wilson, was able to lure her back into the professional realm. She admitted, “It was thrilling and terrifying. Given the caliber of the director and cast on Gatsby, I definitely felt out of my comfort zone. I did feel like I was going to be called out and sent home at some point – you always feel very insecure, at least I do.”
