Martha Stewart, move over — you may be replaced by Marie Osmond on TV if talks with the Hallmark Channel pan out. The New York Post is reporting that Hallmark wants to replace “The Martha Stewart Show” with a daily show helmed by Osmond.
“While we’re still in discussions with Marie, we’re extremely excited about the prospect of Marie Osmond joining the Hallmark family,” a Hallmark spokeswoman said. “We think she’s perfect for our brand and we’ll share more news when we have a deal.”
Earlier this month, Hallmark announced that it would end Stewart’s show after the current season, partially due to its high production costs. If Hallmark and Osmond can sign a deal, the show would be called “Marie” and debut in September.

Any time you have a chance to get rid of Martha is DEFINITELY ‘A GOOD THING’.
They should have kept her in jail when they had her the first time, along with Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton.
They would have made interesting cellmates.
