Former “Friends” costars, Matthew Perry and Courteney Cox, will be reuniting onscreen on Perry’s NBC sitcom, “Go On.” Cox will play a possible love interest for Perry’s character Ryan. Cox’s character will first meet with Anne (played by Julie White), who then tries to set the two up.
The episode will also mark the first time Cox will be reuniting with her former “Friends” producer Scott Silveri, who also serves as a producer for “Go On.”
This won’t be the first time “Friends” stars have reunited on the small screen. Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston have appeared on “Cougar Town,” which stars Cox. Cox and David Schwimmer have both appeared on Kudrow’s “Web Therapy.” Schwimmer also directed two eposes of “Joey,” which was a spinoff of “Friends” starring Matt LeBlanc.
The “Go On” episode featuring Cox will air in April. The show airs Tuesdays at 9 pm on NBC.
