Today is a lucky day for anyone who has ever dreamed of seeing a lady he's already seen doused in her own urine shaking her assets at the Bada Bing: Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas is planning a guest-starring role as an undercover cop posing as a stripper on The Sopranos. R. Kelly's already firing up his Tivo.
A Sopranos insider said:
"Fergie can't believe her luck at landing this part–she's obsessed with The Sopranos. The producers thought she'd be perfect because she's got such a toned body and has no problems flaunting her flesh. And she's also used to writhing around the stage, so she should be a natural when it comes to pole-dancing."
The episode in question will begin filming in early 2006. There's no word on how much clothing Fergie will lose for the role, but we've seen enough episodes of The Sopranos to know that Tony wouldn't put up with some uptight chick with less than Pam Anderson-sized sweater stuffers slinking around on his stage in a bikini. But then maybe her abundance of clothing could breed some nice subtext, with Little Stevie offing Fergie for both crimes against strip-club nudity and crimes against the art of music. She could even squeeze out "Where is the love?" while Little Stevie tightened the piano wire around her throat.
