Donald Trump has his eyes on a super-sized Florida movie studio that would be twice as big as Universal Studios and rival some of the biggest studios on the planet.
“It could inject as much as $262,000 in local revenue [a day],” proclaimed Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen during a meeting with the Miami-Dade County Commission. “With 15- to 20-acre back lots that really handle any type of movie. Any type of television series that could ever be dreamed of.”
One of Trump’s architects showed off renderings and described some of Trump Studio City’s amenities: a film school, a hotel and even its own airport. Do you think Donald Trump’s movie studio will come to fruition?
