Could it be magic? At 69 years of age, it appears that Barry Manilow is on the move, having just sold his beachfront, gated 5BR/4.5BA Malibu mansion for $5.45 million. As you’ll see from the photo gallery below, the property is right on the promontory and is super private, offering views up and down the coastline, and even has a sweet guesthouse sitting just off a courtyard.
Originally listed for $6.95 million back in April, records show Manilow purchased the property for about $3.85 million around 1999.
