Anyone that has suffered with Panic attacks will say you need to make yourself VERY comfortable and try and take your mind off of what is scareing you. Taking your socks and shoes off is one way to feel less stressed and sitting on the floor another. Oh and If you are upset most likely you will also sweat a great deal! I am 100% sure if the reporter had panic disorder he would never have felt it was right to report what happen to Clay Aiken in the way that he did!
